Shipping & Returns
The product is shipped to the address indicated in the order form.
Delivery takes place via a courier company or postal operator - the choice is up to the customer.

Personal collection is also possible at the boutique in Gdynia (al. Zwycięstwa 256, Galeria Klif).
Returns
Returns Policy
1. Return time: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return purchased products.
2. Product Condition: Returned products must be in undamaged, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Proof of purchase: All returns must be supported by proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice or order confirmation.
Return Process
1. Returns: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service department at kontakt@ismenawarszawska.pl. You will receive instructions on how to proceed and a return number (RMA).
2. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the products, include the original purchase receipt and the completed return form. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or received in error.
3. Return address: Please send the returned products to the following address: al. Zwycięstwa 256, 81-521 Gdynia.
Money Back
4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and acceptance of your return.
5. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days.
6. Additional Fees: Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is for defective or mistakenly shipped products.
Product Exchanges
1. Exchange Process: Product exchanges are processed on the same basis as returns. To exchange a product for a different size, color or model, please contact customer service.
2. Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability of the product. If the selected product is not available, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Products Excluded from the Returns Policy
1. Personalised Products: Custom-made products with embroidery or other personalisation are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
2. Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, returns of these products will only be accepted if they are in their original, intact packaging and with the tags attached.
